I can find 9mm, 40 SW, and 45 ACP silencers fairly easily, but I'm looking for .380 or .32 silencers (but not .22). Do you know where I should look?

There are several Class 3 dealers who list suppressors for sale, including .22's & .32's, and the pistols at:

You could also check with your local Class 3 dealer(s), as well. There are plenty of suppressors for ALL caliber weapons on the market.

As has been said, the 9mm will work fine on the 380, it will also be OK on the 32. if you are looking for something smaller and it is not available, it may be worth drilling out the baffles in a 22 silencer to larger than the 32 bullet , a 25/64" drill will do it.
I've done this once myself, if you have a spare 22 silencer give it a go,noise reduction is of course dependant on the size of the 22 silencer that you use.

You might check :

I think I saw supressed PPK's there...

Of course for that matter a 9mm supressor will work great on a .380(9mm kurtz).

Local Class III dealer. If he doesn't have them in stock he can order them.

in addition to a supressor, for a .22, use subsonic ammo.

a beer can with cotton balls inside works well in a pinch. sound deadening house insulation works even better.
