I suggest either potatoes or add sour cream to each serving (that way you can store the chili and even freeze it for later). You could also add more beans and tomato sauce, maybe even a little ground beef. This would basically make a larger batch, and redistribute the spices.
If it is just unbearable, take small amount and drizzle over cheese and nachos, or melt cheese and add chili to make a dip.

Yes the first two answers are correct.

But what we use to do if something was to "spicy" or even salty was we watered it down.
If you add water to it then strain like half the amount in a strainer. After that put everything back together it should help.

Basically you are trying to wash out the spicy flavor. You need to remember that you will end up changing the the overall taste of the dish since you watered it down. Just need to adjust to your taste after.

a million. Chili Peppers, fairly the loopy outdated stuff from the late Eighteen Eighties and early 1890s. jogs my memory to my wild days. 2. Foo combatants, generally using fact i think of Dave Grohl is a huge chap 3. Nirvana, and that isn't any longer approximately musical high quality. yet i became a punk returned then and located Nirvana and many of the grunge circulation slightly too international-weary.

Sugar will only cut it so much and it will still taste bad.

I will suggest just throwing out the whole thing. If that is too harsh for you and company is coming in15 minutes, dump all the liquid in the sink using a strainer to keep the chili beans etc, inside the pot. Then give that another rinse, even two rinses of water. Redo the liquid part of the sauce again, tomato sauce, beef broth, etc. Either the chili left will be enough or you need to add only a little.

Anything dairy; butter, cream, milk, SOUR CREAM, CHEESE
The enzymes in dairy eliminates the spice which is in the oils so drnking water won't help :P

Brown Sugar but in little increments coz it can start to taste weird if you add too much

or you can make sweet cornbread and serve it with that.

Put another can of tomato.
Paste, diced, or crushed. doesn't matter
adding sugar may cause the flavor to change
tomato will calm down the spicyness with out the weird taste of sugar.

Put plain yogurt in it-this is used in recipes when the meal is too spicy!

Unsweetened applesauce!

If making chili, try to add just a hint of chocolate ;)

I have heard that the longer you cook it the milder it becomes, and that bread will help.
As a rule I use a little, and then add more if I want it hotter.
