im not on a diet im already in a great shape im a runner but im trying to eat healthy so tell me what you think:
breakfast :bowl of oatmeal
lunch: whole wheat bagel with low fat cream cheese
dinner sushi and stir fired fish with rice
desert: a cup of Kopp's ice cream

Sounds like you already have things under control. The only thing I would change is probably the frequency at which you eat. Generally and depending on the intensity of your training six to eight meals is ideal. In your case I would guess six. When I say meal I don't mean a huge steak dinner. Insert small healthy eats inbetween your main meals. Mix it up so you don't get bored and eat some more protein.

if you eat rice choose wild or brown.
All you ate is pretty healthy except that there are no fruit or veggies - you should be getting 5-8 servings a day
plus - i think you havent ate enough - especially if you do a lot of physical activity.
and try eating 5-6 small meals a day -that way your body gets energy when it needs it and doesnt have any extra left to store in fat reserves- your blood sugar is more stable

well ating exactly the same thing everyday will nobe t exciting plus im not sure fried stuff everyday is healthy.im on a diet.all i do is get servings of everything i need (besides meat im a vegaterian) and no soda and only weight watchers icecream i went to the doctor 2 days ago and hesaid im in perfect shape!

Hmmm. Well, you could add orange juice to your breakfast and/or a piece of fruit. And you're missing some red meat, but you could add peanuts to your dinner to sub for that--assuming you're not allergic.
