Is this a trick question?
The US army came to an Islamic country and the Saudis responded by saying there can't be anything Christian in the camp even over Christmas. This was the thanks we got when the reason we were there was to protect the Saudis from Iraq.
Then you have the greeting the South Korean Christians got when they visited the Afghanistan.
Then you have the recent murders of Christians in Indonesia.
I can go on but will stop there. What assurances can you give for the safety of the Christian especially if the Christian shared his faith and a Muslim became a Christian?

I was in Istanbul early last December!
What you might not know is: December is a 'cheap time' to travel to any country that is not Christian!
NO problem in Istanbul (I am Catholic), didn't expect any either. Saw lots of Europeans there, from Spain, France, etc.
Yes, I will accept an invitation to spend Christmas in Egypt, if they promise to bring us around ALL the sights, like Luxor, Karnak, and that island on the Nile with the oldest statue every erected?

I resent the thought that one and all individuals blindly subsribe to christian doctrine... and you do not choose faith with the intention to steer a ethical & helpful existence, effecting the persons around you & your society with love, understand & humility. are not the persons slaughtering human beings in Darfur muslim arabs? You excluded Iraq & Afganistan out of your answer, yet you probably did not exclude the genocide occurring in Africa. additionally, on an identical time as i comprehend genital mutilation (aka woman circumcision) isn't a musltim tradiation, and honestly has roots in older naturalistic traditions of the midsection east & africa... no count how low the homicide or rape value is in a rustic... in case you're reducing little women clitoris off, this is f*cked up & counteracts any info that seem to make a rustic much less violent. additionally... honor killings. human beings are animals. there are various solid, healthy, intellegent human beings interior the international.... yet regrettably, there are additionally many many hateful, idealistic, fundamentalist (believing your thought gadget & way of existence is stronger to others) that do injury to different human beings because of the fact they are able to. Islam isn't an inherently violent faith, neither is christrianity...yet like each faith, the two could be abused & bastardized into automobiles for hate & oppression against human beings.

People should be allowed to do whatever they desire in such circumstances. Its not right for one person to stop the others believes unless that person comes calling for the truth.
