double taxi lines are--1 for smaller aircraft and --1 for jumbos

I am not sure what you mean by double taxi line. Are you talking about the painted lines on the pavement?
The longest I have been in line at JFK is around 4 hours. Weather everywhere and noone was leaving. We actually took off 5 minutes before we would have exceeded our duty day.

Not at JFK but I was number 84 for takeoff at La Guardia about twenty years ago.
