Is he/she still here. How did you originally come across R&S.

I started out in the "Men's Health" section and stumbled across R&S. And, I have been here ever since. O.K., I have had a few minor indiscretions. But, who doesn't.

My first R & S contact? I don't remember. I've had deletions. I've cleaned out my lists and started over.

My longest lasting Darth Cheney contact is Athée StarChildVT. She added me as a fan right after I had deleted all of my old contacts.

This is strange because I really haven't had a chance to know her, though I follow her starred questions many times.

My first contact was JeanCommunicates. Although I have the most fun chatting with Bonsai Bobby and EatonWrite, and lately Dr. Gre and Red Queen.

I've learned a lot on this forum. I started out looking for a Christian section on here and found out I'd have to settle for the Religion and Spirituality Section. Once I found that I'd have to listen instead of preaching, I got hooked. I especially enjoy the fun and insightful answers. Who knew that a Fundamentalist could become friends with people from other religions?!!!

Gorgeous Texas Woman was my first contact. She is a theist who seemed to split the difference here with love - She is still around.

I started on Y!A when I was getting ready to buy a new computer - it was helpful in picking components. I used to watch the main page scroll by and try to answer questions I saw - spent some time in the cell phone section (by time I mean about a day and a half). I don't remember my first R & S question, but I remember finding the section, and laughing at some questions, wondering at others, and feeling downright indignant about some. It stuck.

That's an interesting question. I discovered Y!A around the beginning of this year. For a while I ignored specific categories and simply skimmed the questions for all categories. I can't quite remember how I discovered R&S, but I did. I think before that, I mostly hung out around the science section. My first contact? I think it was Miss Studious. Lol I remember being a bit confused when I got that "you have a new contact" email because I wasn't sure what a contact was.

Either Jack B or Me Thrice-Baked they both entered my contacts list the same day I can;t remember which was first..

I flitted about at first before finding the discussion in R&S to be the most interesting ans stimulating... It's interesting to see what people believe and the reasoning and rationalization that goes into them believes such..

I still occassionally check out other sections but enjoy R&S the most.. I enjoy watching human psychology and R&S is a treasure trove of the human psyche with all it's flaws and strengths represented..

My first contact was Mayor Sean, and I was thrilled that he contacted me. I haven't seen him in ages though, and I don't know where he is.

I've been here for over a year. I started out in p&s, stumbled across this forum, and stayed. My first week here I was cloned, and another user imortalized a bunch of us in his rendition of The Last Spaghetti Dinner. In place of the people at the last supper, he used our avatars.

Those were the good old days of r+s. For having been here as long as I have, I no longer feel as if I fit in. There's a different group here now, and I sometimes feel like a dinosaur.

Contact as in on my contact list, or the first person I ever conversated with from here? See, I was around when they didn't have contact lists, the email feature, and it only cost two points to ask a question, and every time you gave someone a thumbs up you got a point. Times, my friend, they are achangin. And no, the first person I ever conversated with, on IM since that was the only way, is no longer here.

Quella Bella was my first contact, and Rammie and Bobbie Bonzai quickly welcomed me. I have remained The Awesome Trio's #1 Fan ever since. I started in horses, and got so chewed up, I wandered over here. Goes to show you I am a true glutton for punishment! To be fair, I have one good friend from the horse visit, Mulereiner. A fine woman with an attitude who shows mules and donkeys. Since then, I could name many, but I am in my guest bedroom, which has a guest sleeping over, so I am out of here. How rude of me, but I had to check on you all before I retired.
Edit: Dr.G., Jack, and No-Show Darth, {{{{{Triple Hug}}}}}
I appreciate all of you, even the ones that are in opposition to my beliefs, but still seem to find something kind to say, a talent that I am working to perfect.

I think "Lady Eagle" may have been the very first, about 11 months ago, when I first joined Y/A. I had been praying that God would provide an outlet for me to share the Gospel...And knew nothing of R&S at the time...I simply was wanting more information on the effects of supplimentary,Sodium Chlorite on Blood PH and the possible dangers,of using it. Yahoo answers popped up and the rest is history.

I have been very blessed to be a part of this group.

My first three contacts were Sean Hillyer, Creationist and Studier Alpha. Studier Alpha is still here & a contact, I don't know about the other two.
My first Y!A visit was to ask about a children's book I was searching for, I think. I stumbled on R & S when I was trying to find out if Dr. Gene Scott had died. I haven't been able to find the exit door since! Helppppp.........!!! LOL!!

(((Friends!!)))
