I am 5'7'' and 130 lbs. Please some tips to loose weight quick!
i need to loose at LEAST 5 lbs!!!

if you still wanna loose your weight , without by taking any drugs , then , i suggest you to just drink a cow milk when ever you feels like you wanna eats and than take a smOKe , will ya be ok ?.

Honey, you are not fat at all. You are in the middle of the perfect weight for a girl of your height.
You don't need to be having these thoughts because I'm sure you are beautiful and don't need to lose any weight.

If you are feeling fat, it might be because of your diet. Does it consist of high-fat foods and mostly carbs? Try switching some carbs out for fruit and veggies, eat yogurt, whole grain oatmeal and cereal, egg whites, salads.

Make sure you are eating 5 times a day. 300 cals at breakfast, 400 at lunch, 500 at dinner, and two 150-cal snacks in between these meals.

Try not to pick and poke at every little thing, instead focus on the great parts about you and you will end up having an overall better outlook on yourself and you will soon love the way you are.

Are you kidding me. Your very gorgeous. Why could you pay attention to those try in any case. Do you sense fat? by using that blonde female on your album has a superb physique. She is somewhat to youthful for me nevertheless. tell her to call me while she turns 21 jk, lol. heavily do no longer cry. do no longer pay attention to any of those adult males. you're an attractive female. i'm confident you will enhance up and characteristic the adult males chasing once you, lol.

I'm positive that you have said this same thing over and over again. On here and to friends/family and you have been told that you are NOT fat. But you don't believe anyone, do you?

You are on the low end of the normal weight for your height...work out if you want to...but please, please stay healthy. Don't starve yourself like I did at your age. (Actually I don't know how old you are sooo....) I am 21 years old and still struggling with those demons. I'm sure you are beautiful, but if you really do want to lose 5 pounds, I can't change your mind. Try doing some light weight training and some cardio (treadmill, biking, swimming).

relax you are not fat
i am like 67.5-68 inches tall which is 5'7.5''-5'8'' and i weigh 133 and i am not fat
you are not fat if you lose 5 pounds you might look too skinny
instead you should tone your muscels
trust me do not lose weight
