Hi all,

Wondering if someone can help me out here.....
What I'm wanting to do is take stills from video which has been taken and then put onto the computor. The file plays in Windows Media Player but i keep having troubel with tryign to geta still out of the player. So i was wondering if anyone has any recommendations of free downloadable programs which aid in taking such stills from videos....?

Previously i could take satills from the videos because they played in Quicktime.. But since upgrading my digital camera, and seeing as it uses Windows Media Player i can no longer do this... :(

Any help or reccommendations would be appreciated.

Cheers
Bindy

1. You could use Alt+Prt Scrn to take a picture of the window and paste it in Paint or another editing program. You could then edit out the menu bars and such.

2. It's been a long time since I've used it, but I recall Media Player Classic:

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=82303

having such a feature.
