This is also not true, here is the proof

I have noticed that most people who follow a faith-based philosophy (not just Muslims) require INTERPRETATIONS from a higher authority about deciding what they are reading in their "holy" books. Such interpretations are frequently vastly different, even within the same religion - so different, in fact, to split that religion like in the process of cell-division.

Doesn't our human brain serve the purpose of reasoning out what is right and what is wrong? Do we really need someone - God or man - to tell us? I can understand when we are children we need parents to guide us and, hopefully, reasoning parents to teach us to reason. But as adults? Isn't this business of "absolute submission" something similar to a psychological lobotomy?

History stands to attest that ALL religions are dripping with the blood of the innocents, notwithstanding the great help and "guidance" of His Highest Holiness and Most Gracious Lord of the Universe!

So much for the usefulness of the kind of "guidance" from His Holiness. No thanks. Better alone, than badly accompanied!

Asalam Alaikum my dear sister
That site gives false info. This sites ignores many hadeeth that are proved to be sound. But I agree with you on the fact that many people use the Quran and Sunnah in a bad way and distort it. Especially calling the Prophet(peace be upon him) a pedophile subhan Allah. His marriage to Aisha at a young age does not make him a pedophile. And Aisha at the age of 9 was wiser and more of a women then half the women twice her age then and now. That marriage was sanctioned by God. Here is an authentic hadeeth from her.

Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) said: "The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) married me when I was six years old. Then we came to Madeenah and stayed in Bani al-Haarith ibn Khazraj. I fell ill and my hair started to fall out (due to the illness; then it grew back thick again). My mother Umm Roomaan came to me whilst I was on a swing and my friends were with me. She shouted for me and I came to her, not knowing what she wanted. She took me by the hand and led me to the door of the house. I was out of breath and we waited until I had calmed down, then she took some water and wiped my face and head, then took me inside. There were some women of the Ansaar in the house, and they said: " ‘Alaa al-khayri wa’l-baraka wa ‘ala khayri taa’ir (blessings, best wishes, etc)." My mother handed me over to them and they tidied me up, then suddenly the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was there. It was mid-morning, and they handed me over to him. At that time I was nine years old." (Reported by al-Bukhaari, 3605).

And it should be noted that Aisha had was in puberty. A girl can not wed until then. In her climate girls start much younger. Plus like I said before she was not an ordinary girl of 9, she was very wise beyond her years. She narrates 100 of hadeeth that the ummah follows today. She memorized the Quran at a young age. I could go on and on about her characteristics, but I think you get the point

Dear sister the Quran and the Sunnah go hand in hand.

using fact Muhammad, in accordance to Christianity, IS a faux prophet. this does not advise i do no longer admire Muslims. I do. yet Muhammad taught issues that have been thoroughly opposite to Christian ideals (like that Jesus wasn't God's Son), which might make him a faux prophet. Sorry.

subHaanallaah, Muslims believe both in the Qur'aan and Hadeeth. The people who reject the Hadeeth are radical and incompliant with the teachings of Prophet MuHammad as passed on by the Companions.

Thanks for clearing that up. How about the Quran's claim that the sun sets into a pit of mud and some Muslim actually went there and saw it? We can observe with telescopes this isn't the case. My question to you is if you can't trust the Quran about the sun, how can you trust it about how to get to heaven?
