Ok I've liked this guy since last year I told him how I felt and well I didn't get the same feelings returned anyway were friends now but I talked to him on the phone and he said he used to like me and now he seems to like me but I really don't know. He always seems to notice me out a crowd and he asked me about who I'm going to homecoming with. It seem s like he sendind signals but I'm really not sure advice please

You sent him signals last year which didn't quite work out.But you got a friend if not a boyfriend in the bargain.While you talk on the phone, there is an ambivalent attitude towards him from You don't seem to like him as you once did.As for the homecoming and the hints he has been giving you that he wants to take you,give it some thoughts and see if you can have a fun time with him,since homecoming is a special time and a party time.Enjoy.

well, it may seem that he likes you. if you don't like him, he just lost his chance, how sad since you did like him before.
what you should do is think over. do you really like him? what do you feel about him? are you happy when you see him? can't you wait to see him? or is he just a friend? you have fun with him but that's all.
when you get to know what he means to you, then if you like him, tell him. i'm sure he'll be happy. if you don't like him, then just try to explain to him nicely that you want to be friends. if he gets sad, cheer him up. show him it would be better off as friends.
in the end, i'm sure you two will find the right person.
