bananas are the best and they help you in PE to not get cramps. So eat one in the morning and at lunch. It also wakes your brain wake-up.

Hello:
I know that this may sound IMPOSSIBLE especially early in the morning before school, but here are some really good breakfast ideas that will stick to your ribs and keep you focused in school:
Oatmeal with or without fruit
Muffin banana, blueberry, etc with a glass of orange juice or milk
Fresh Fruit cut up into a bowl such as strawberries,blueberries,grapes,apples,etc..
A fruit smoothie is also a good breakfast since it has fresh fruit in it.
Cereal with or without fruit in it such as bananas,strawberries,blueberries,etc..
Don't forget to take a multivitamin every day too,as this helps to cover any foods that you may be missing out on,but a multivitamin DOES NOT mean that you can just eat junk food non stop.
Pancakes
Waffles
Bacon
Scrambled Eggs
French Toast
Alot of food companies DO MAKE frozen waffles, pancakes, and french toast,so all you have to do is heat it up in the microwave, the same thing goes for bacon and sausage too!
One last piece of advice for the people who either don't eat breakfast or think that it is,"cool,"to skip breakfast,it's not. It would be like driving a car that is on E on the gas gage, and expecting the car to take you somewhere,it doesn't work, and neither will depriving your body of breakfast foods either!

let's go a different route! All the suggestions above are great and correct BUT as long as you get some carbs and some protein, it's a good breakfast! So, how about a couple slices of that leftover pizza? Maybe a few slices of last night's steak or roast in a sandwich. Or dig out a chicken leg or two from the bucket of KFC your mom brought home! How about a hot dog? Throw in a tall glass of milk or juice, maybe a piece of fruit- or some carrot sticks, etc. and you are totally set to go!!! And, a lot more fun and not as boring as a "bowl of cereal and a banana"- not that there's anything wrong with that! happy breakfasting!

I think you need a balanced breakfast with enough calories to fuel your brain until lunch time.. I'd go for the scrambled eggs, toast, a banana and/or juice. That should give you an ok balance of protein, carbs and fats. Stay away from the heavier things. The last thing you need is to feel sluggish!
