"Is proof of Gods existence everywhere?" - YES.
"Looking around at the state of our world today, and all the suffering humans endure, would you agree that if God does exist, then He most certainly is an evil God?" - NO!!! I would explain that GOD did not cause any of the suffering, nor any of the "state of our world" is in. THIS WAS SOLELY ACHIEVED BY US, HUMANS. We did this to our fellow human.
The planet is operating under the laws of GOD, but that as far as the involvement of GOD goes. GOD made our planet orbit the sun, the tectonic plates, water, but none of these cause human suffering. If humans built as well in every county as they do in say Japan, then there would be fewer deaths in earthquakes - except no one wants to spend money or time doing this.
Yes GOD is both evil and good, but totally out of the picture when you try and pin our faults on GOD - that's wrong, and insulting. Be a human and accept that we are hurting each other - stop blaming GOD.
Is it fair to be angry at GOD for not stopping to pick up stuff when the grocery bag breaks - you stop and help the elderly woman.
You and I need to stay involved in our community, not expect GOD to fix everything.

Absolutely! Proof of God's existence is everywhere! Look at the flower, look at the tree, look at the grandeur of the mountains, the majesty of a beautiful Autumn day, the beauty of the clear nighttime sky with its myriad of stars, look at a beautiful rainbow, listen to the cry of a newborn baby, the happiness of a mother when she sees her baby for the first time.
All of the death, disease, destruction, famine , natural disasters come the evil one, Satan, the current god of this world, the Prince of the Power of the Air! Before the devil deceived Eve and Adam's wilful disobedience of God, there was none of these terrible things in the world; all animals were herbivores. No animal died, no animal killed or ate another.
Sin came into the world through the disobedience of one man, Adam; salvation was provided through the sinless sacrifice of one man, Jesus, who was wholly God and wholly man.
Try reading John 3:16 with an open mind; then come back and tell us what you think of God!

Moral evil does not come from God. Man is responsible for the suffering you talk about. If all of us follow God's laws there will be no suffering. We will have peace and no one will be in need.
Proof of God's existence? You are the best proof of God's existence. Do you honestly believe that your intelligence, your conscience and your beautiful body is an accident?

What sort of indoctrinating have you been going through? Where does it say that God set up baby sitting services for humanity? I don't ever remember reading that he was going to kiss all of our bumps and bruises. Besides, God never promised that he was going to chase after us. The problems of the world are of our doing. They require our own fixing. Leave God out of it. This world is spinning so fast out of control that most peoples knee jerk reaction is to paste the blame on God. God did not create this situation. Humanity has bent over backwards to distance themselves from God. Now all of sudden the poop has hit the fan, and in looking on who to blame, the majority point the finger at God. What is wrong here? God never promised us a rose garden. At least not here on earth anyway.

Yep, so that you are without excuse from knowing Him. He is not evil, it is the people who are NOT in right relationship with Him that make it evil. He is light and in Him is no darkness at all.
What God made was very good and then the devil/satan came and brought destruction and death to God's kingdom and that is why we needed a Savior! Jesus is HIM! We who love Him and call Him Lord, live in the world but not OF IT. We live in the kingdom of heaven on earth. Nothing evil here! Jesus gave us back our dominion and authority and power. Yea, it looks really bleak out there without God in your life.., an absolute hopeless mess! Been there.
Come on over to the other side!

God is not evil. It is humans that are doing this to each other. God is Good. Would you be able to find God if everything was the same? I think it is easy to find the Light in the darkness.

It has not been said there wouldn't be any suffering. Sin brings death and that is exactly what you're seeing. Oh how true the word of God is.

Do Buddhists believe in a creator god?
No, we do not. There are several logical reasons for this. The Buddha, like modern scientists, sociologists and psychologists, believed that religious ideas and especially the god idea have their origins in fear. The Buddha says:
"Gripped by fear men go to sacred mountains, sacred groves, sacred trees and shrines." *Dhammpada 188
Primitive man found himself in a dangerous and hostile world, the fear of wild animals, of not being able to find enough food, of injury or disease, and of natural phenomena like thunder, lightning and volcanoes was constantly with him. Finding no security, he created the idea of god in order to give him comfort in good times, courage in times of danger and consolation when things went wrong. To this day, you will notice that people become more religious at times of crises, you will hear them say that the belief in a god gives them the strength they need to deal with life. You will hear them explain that they believe in god because they prayed in time of need and their prayer was answered. All this seems to support the Buddha’s teaching that the god-idea is a response to fear and frustration. The Buddha taught us to try to understand our fears, to lessen our desires and to calmly and courageously accept the things we cannot change. He replaced fear, not with irrational belief but with rational understanding.
The second reason the Buddha did not believe in a creator god is because there does not seem to be any evidence to support this idea. There are numerous religions, all claiming that they alone have god’s words preserved in their holy book, that they alone understand god’s nature, that their god exists and that the gods of other religions do not. Some claim that god is masculine, some that she is feminine and others that it is neuter. They are all satisfied that there is ample evidence to prove the existence of their god but they laugh in disbelief at the evidence other religions use to prove the existence of another god. It is not surprising that with so many different religions spending so many centuries trying to prove the existence of their gods that still no real, concrete, substantial or irrefutable evidence has been found. Buddhists suspend judgement until such evidence is forthcoming.
The third reason the Buddha did not believe in a creator god is that the belief is not necessary. Some claim that the belief in a god is necessary in order to explain the origin of the universe. But this is not so. Science has very convincingly explained how the universe came into being without having to introduce the god-idea. Some claim that belief in god is necessary to have a happy, meaningful life. Again we can see that this is not so. There are millions of Atheists, free-thinkers and Buddhists, who live useful, happy and meaningful lives without belief in a creator god. Some claim that belief in god’s power is necessary because humans, being weak, do not have the strength to help themselves. Once again, the evidence indicates the opposite. One often hears of people who have overcome great disabilities and handicaps, enormous odds and difficulties through their own inner resources, through their own efforts and without belief in a god. Some claim that god is necessary in order to give man salvation. But this argument only holds good if you accept the theological concept of salvation and Buddhists do not accept such a concept. Based on his own experience, the Buddha saw that each human being had the capacity to purify the mind, develop infinite love and compassion and perfect understanding. He shifted attention from the heavens to the heart and encouraged us to find solutions to our problems through self-understanding.
But if there is no creator god how did the universe get here?
All religions have myths and stories which attempt to answer this question. In ancient times, when man simply did not know, such myths were adequate, but in the 20th century, in the age of physics, astronomy and geology, such myths have been superseded by scientific fact. Science has explained the origin of the universe without recourse to the god-idea.
