It all depends from what part of LA u are coming. From downtown San Diego it will take about 45 minutes to get to Rosarito y there is no waiting time in the toll booth, but usually on long American week ends it is a long line. But i doubt this weekend is going to be like others labor week ends because there were some problems at the border this week. And many people decide to spend theur weekend elsewhere.

If you are talking about Rosarito MEXICO its takes 3-4 hours, BUT this is NOT a good weekend to go. Labor Day there are 1,000's of people and getting across and back at the border will be a nightmare.

umm it takes me 4 hours to ensanada so rosarito is probaby 3 hours and 40 minutes or so with out traffic.
