right now, i'm a size 14/16, sometimes even 18 if the size runs to small, and i wanna be a size 8, but how can i do it fast, and safe? i really wanna stick to this but i dont know where to start. i never end up sticking to my diets and sometimes it feels as if i could never possibly lose any weight at all! i have lost a little, but i wanna go to the extreme this time, tomorrow were going to the store to get food lol how surprising right? haha yea and i dont know what to get for lunch at school or for breakfast any ideas on how to lose weight, keep it off, and eat right so i can get that special someone to finally notice me?? please help!

Try waking up a bit earlier, about 30-40 mins and take a walk in the morning, then try eating a bowl of low calorie cereal for breakfast, for lunch have some lean meat such as chicken /turkey/ fish and some salad, and for dinner a lean meat and steamed veggies. You can easily bring a salad and meat for lunch. for snacks you can have blueberries, strawberries, almonds, celery, and carrots. you should have a small snack between each meal and one after dinner but before 8 PM. If you have time, you should try to get to the gym or just walk or run outside while it's still nice out. I'm doing this now and I have seen a big difference. good luck!
