What should be internal diameter of a pipe to let 160L/second water flow vertically (at 75o angle water fall).

Depending on how much pressure drop you can take in the system you are looking at a pipe size of 12" Dia. to 16" Dia.

160 Liters per second = 2536 GPM which is a high flow rate.
You're gonna need a big pump.

We need more information.

Is the water under pressure? Or is it just gravity feed from a tank? If so, how high is the water level in the tank above the end of the pipe? What type of pipe are we talking about? metal, plastic?
