I am like 135lbs and a teen I am 5'6''ish is that healthy

i rele want to lose a little belly fat? any suggestions and help???

It sounds like you really don't need to lose that much weight. But if you want to get rid of belly fat, the best way to do that is through cardio workout and toning of the abs through crunches, etc. Its good to get a habit of exercising and eating healthy, but don't obsess. There's no need to at your age and weight.

Your weight is perfect for your height. Go to the nearest health club or gym and find a personal trainer. He/she will help you target the belly fat with exercise. You'll have a perfect figure in no time. Good luck!

If your not underweight or obese then its healthy. Go on a healthy diet and exercise to lower your body fat %.
