Why are you answering your sister's cell phone? Has she asked you to do so? If so, and you are both being threatened, you need to take it to the police immediately, along with any messages the person has left.
If you are answering your sister's cell phone without her permission, speak to her about whether or not the person is harrassing her. If they are, go to the cops. If they are not, stop answering her cell phone. It may be one of her friends trying to scare you off from interfering with her privacy.
Cheers :-)

File a complaint with the police, giving them the cell phone number making the calls and your sister's cell phone number. Ask it be traced, if you don't know the offender's number. Threatening phone calls are illegal.

Call the cops, it could be some psycho thinking that you are the man his girlfriend/wife is cheating on him with. Better yet, don't answer your sisters phone.

Warn them that you are going to call the police if they don't stop. And if they don't, do just that.
