Do you know how to do an internet search?

Methadose is another form of methadone - the drug that heroine addicts use to try to kick the habit. Unfortunately, methadone has awful side affects and many users become addicted to the "cure".

So - your boyfriend is either a recovering heroine addict or he thinks that taking methadone is a fun way to get high without actually using heroine - which is totally false, could harm his health (especially his liver), and could be addicting.

Sounds like you need to have a talk with this boyfriend - and under no circumstances should you have unprotected sex with this man!!! He may be an IV drug user and could be putting you at seriously high risk for contracting HIV.

Good luck!

Methadose is a medication used to treat opioid addiction. It's a brand name for methadone. But before you consider confronting your boyfriend, methadone is also used to treat other conditions, such as chronic pain. And keep in mind before you start asking questions, you may need to explain what you were doing in your boyfriend's pocket in the first place. And FYI: there are Methadose Dispersible tablets in 5mg, 10mg and 40mg.
