Yowee I can't think so much of all their songs, but so many artists do the blues that infuse us to em, like Tom Waits, Leon Redbone, Leonard Cohen, BB King, even many women, like Sarah Mclouclin and Janis, but I think of this more contemporary maybe, even in the spirits they borrowed from. It's the Stones. I got the Blues OK wait there is Arlo and Bell Bottom Blues too

These are iconic songs, covered and ripped-off by far too many people to count, but still fundamental to the blues:

"Dust My Broom" by Elmore James
"Crossroads" by Robert Johnson
"The Sky Is Crying" by Elmore James
"Stormy Monday Blues" Bobby Bland
"Red Rooster" by Howlin' Wolf
"Smokestack Lightning" by Howlin' Wolf
"Confessin' The Blues" by Jay McShann
"Got My Mojo Workin" by Muddy Waters

Fun folks to explore:

Big Mama Thornton
Buddy Guy
Freddie King
Stevie Ray Vaughan
Bo Diddley
Charlie Musselwhite
Etta James
Keb' Mo'

Bear in mind that there are so many genres of blues to explore that it's hard to even list them all!

Have fun exploring : )
