leg imprints?

when my dad pushes on his leg near the shin area the imprint stays there its realy weired and creepy do u know what this is?

It is called pitting edema, and can be caused by being overweight, electrolyte imbalance, congestive heart failure, deep vein thrombosis, high blood pressure and other conditions. He needs to see a doctor.

It is probably swelling and accumulation of fluid. It may be a symptom of a serious problem and he should see the doctor.
