everyone must have a picture ID, and the driver must have the registration and car insurance documents.

if the Bridal party was smart, they would sub,it a list to Base Security ahead of time with everyone's name on it to make for easy access. if not, you might have to go over to the Pass and ID office first to get a temporary vehicle pass.

The couple should have submitted a list of all attendees to security forces to be at the gate. Make sure you have RSVPed so that you will be on the list!!
Once at the gate, photo ID for everyone in the car, proof of insurance, car registration. Everyone in the vehicle will have to go into the visitors center and show photo ID.

*When a friend got married on base, a friend of theirs forgot to RSVP, thus were not on the list, and did not get on to attend the wedding!

I take it you mean Fort Eustis. The sponsor will need a military ID, everyone will need ID and proof of insurance. Check with the law enforcement desk about allowing many guests in and/or contact the base Chaplin as they should be well versed in these types of procedures.
