Throw quarter pound of thin sliced cured ham with two ham hocks, four large pork neck bones one half pound of fatback, one large onion diced, and one pound of fresh black-eyed peas into two quarts of boiling water to cook on medium heat
one hour. A popular serving for those who only want to wear Yamaka and nothing else in downtown Bagdad.
