I have one, but my friend thinks she is fat. Really she's notshe just has a bit of fat nothing major. She wants a flat stomach, and I want a flatter one. Any adivce?

We both work out 4 times a week yoga, running, push ups, and sit ups. We also eat really healthy. We have both tried diets pills, and so on nothing has worked advice?

I am allergic to dairy, and she can not eat meat allergic.

the only way to get rid of fat in any particular areas of bodies are by reducing body fat percentage - we cant spot reduce body fat.
sit ups only build muscle - they dont burn fat and make your belly look bigger since there is more muscle underneath the layer of fat.
to reduce body fat percentage you have to make healthy food choices (diet is 80% of fat loss) - eat 5-6 small meals a day, never deprive your body, eat 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day, at least 8 glasses of water a day, get enough protein (0.5g per every pound of body weight - e.g. if you weight 140lbs eat 70g of protein) and do cardio which is the only fat burning exercise 4-6 times a week for average of 45min.

If you want a flatter stomach, you need to learn about low carb diets, aerobic, weight training, and ab exercises.

Before doing crunches, etc., eat right and do cardio. If you don't do these steps first, your crunches will result in muscles on top of fat.

You need to make your diet stricter and/or you need to do more running/cardio.
