Me and this guy have been dating for over a month. He even asked me out, but I didn't say yes because I just ended a serious relationship and just not ready to start a new one. He knows I want to be with him and he hang out, but lately he doesn't even act like he cares if he sees me or not. I always have to call or text him first if I want to talk. he used to want to hang out more and text and call. He says he loves me, but only has said it on the phone. Why is he being so stand offish now? What does it mean?

everything was fine after he asked me out and I said I wanted to be with him but couldn't say yes right now... just this past week like 3 weeks after he asked me out, has been weird

Ok you gave yourself the answer already. Do you know how much it sucks to ask a girl out and be declined? You like him correct? Yet you turned him down. Rejection can be anything from yeah who cares to downright emotionally destructive. He might feel like you just want to be friends now. You should have explained yourself EXTREMELY clearly when you turned him down. For example. I like you a lot, but I need some more time to get over my last boyfriend. Ask him to be there for you and let him know that SOON key word here...SOON you will be ready. If you make him think it's going to be forever by saying something to the lines of I'll let you know when I'm ready he is going to drop you like a bad habit. So my advice call him NOW tell him how you feel and ask HIM out on a date.

Maybe he's having second thoughts. If it's only been a month and he's already losing interest (or whatever his deal is, that's just my guess) then there may not be much you can do to salvage this very new relationship. Stop calling and texting him, see if he'll take the initiative to call or text you first. If not, ditch him.

One girl who refuse you is a total turn off.
If one girl refuse me once, its finished, I wont give HER a second chance. Its just too bad.

maybe cause he really wants to go out wit u but u took a long time to get over the other relationship so he is kinda getting mad or upset and loosing interest..................................... Sorry
