You just gotta give that skunkbag time. Remind youself that you dont deserve him anyway.
No one is worth your tears, and the people who are, would never make you cry.

So it happened. Stop re-living the past and accept what happened. You'll have to forgive your sister and this boy.
Be happy for the time you had together and all lessons you learned. Take time out for yourself and don't be in such a hurry to get all entangled with some guy. Learn to love yourself and be happy with who you are first before getting involved with the next guy.
There's a reason why things like this happen, and it mostly so that we can learn big lessons from it. The more painful the bigger the lesson and longer we remember it. But, we become stronger and better for it in the long run.
Get away from that guy and move forward. Forgiveness doesn't mean that you approve of what happened, it just means that you're not going to allow what they did to hurt you any longer. You must take full control of your emotions and your life. Respect yourself first above anything else. Forgive, be gentle to yourself and learn that love begins within yourself.

All I can tell you is that it will take time. You also have to separate yourself from him in every way. I certainly hope he's not continuing to date your sister because that's just low! However, your sister sounds like a winner. Hows your relationship with her? If you two are on good terms ask her nicely not to see him again. If you are not, you might have to beat her down.

Just take it slowly and don't jump into another relationship. And please don't be stupid and get back to the dude that cheated on you with your OWN SISTER!
Your sister should be feeling terrible now..... go out with your friends whenever you feel like you are ready to go out again, don't rush. Don't worry, you are not losing your friends, they are just giving you space, time to heal.

Get over it. He's a jerk. You have to find other interests and maybe new friends. Loss is always hard, but you have to find a way to cope. Don't give him any satisfaction that you are whining over him.

It takes time, but you WILL get over it. Allow yourself to wallow for a little time, but not TOO long. You must allow yourself to wallow. After a period of time, get rid of all of his stuff, pics etc. Don't talk to him and keep yourself busy. In time, you will get through it.
Keep your head up and be strong!
