Hi:
Someone sent me a Powerpoint presentation which I thought was absolutely beautiful and I would like to remove the pictures from the presentation and use them as wallpaper for my computer.
Can anyone assist me on how to get into the presentation to remove the pix?
I detached the presentation and put it in a file of its own to see if I could remove the pix from the slide show but got nowhere.
If there's a way, I would like to know?

Hi,
To extract the pictures from the presentation you can use Microsoft PowerPoint (but not the free viewer).
Use File > Open to open the presentation.
In normal view, right click on a picture. A pop-up menu will appear that includes Save As Picture (or similar wording depending upon which version of PowerPoint you are using).
Then you can save the picture as a file.
If you are using Windows the result will be 72dpi, which is all Windows users need. But if you have a Mac then you can adjust the DPI higher (in PowerPoint's Save preferences) so that the picture will be spectacular on a large screen.

You should have MS Powerpoint installed in you computer. If you have Open the MS Power point and from there open the respective presentation. Now you can edit the presentation, Go to the presentation which you want to take the pic out. Highlight the pic and copy it. Now open MS paint and paste it.
After you save the file, go ahead set as wallpaper.

You are probably referring to something on the "Master Slides". Go to View->Master->Slide Master. It is usually a selectable image, so right-click and "Save As...".
