It's not that hard you know...
I couldn't believe that I could actually understand what I was reading. The phanomenal power of the human mind, according to a research at Cambridge University, it doesn't matter in what order the letters in a word are, the only important thing is that the first and last letter be in the right place.
The rest can be a total mess and you can still read it without a problem. This is because the human mind does not read every letter by itself, but the word as a whole. Amazing huh? Yeah and I always thought spelling was important!

I found that research very interesting, I read it in Scientific American.

All English speakers can read this. Hello? Just don't change the first and last letters, but switch just the letters in the middle, then you could see the words, no matter how it's spelled. I've seen this a million times. Someone even emailed me this before. Now can you read it if I spelled the word "couldn't" this way? -->
to'dlunc? I switched all the letters around. You "couldn't" read it. I even put in the apostrophe unlike others who would leave it out.

Why YES I can read that...I've seen it before. I think that anyone can read it as so stated in the facts "...it doesnt matter in what order the letters in a word are, the only important thing is that the first and last letter be in the right place."

I'm sure a lot more than 15 people can read it; it's well-documented that as long as all the letters are present, only the first and last letters actually need to be in the right places. Old news.

Yes indeed this is old news. And the real reason is because reading is based on memorization. Your mind recalls by memory what should be in between the first and last letters contextually speaking.
