I can sympathize.
You don't say what your diet is, but I daresay you're experiencing some withdrawal from some of the things you used to eat.
I do have two suggestions, which I'm sure you've heard before:
1) Drink more water to help fill up.
2) Exercise. Do something to keep your mind busy. For me, my stress-nervous energy thing is cleaning, but you might want to try something else.
In any case, good luck!

Remember Diets do not work,Not for a long period of time anyway. Its a basic lifestyle change. You can always snack on fresh fruits and veggies.Try a Lil Fat free or light dressing to dip the veggies in,And water water water!!Drink alot! It will help make u feel full and keep those hunger cramps down. Also get a good Multi Vitamin. You can get them at walmart.U don't have to pay a arm and leg at GNC when walmart carries everything u need. When u feel the mood swings arising,Grab a book,go for a walk,Even just dance in the middle of the room.Just try to keep your mind occupied OK.I hope ur dieting safely and realize u can eat 5-6 small meals aday than rather eat 1 or 2 huge meals. That way ur never really hungry.Divide what U would normally eat in to 5 meals. It help alot!! And Good luck with Ur diet,,I hope u lose as much as u need or want to.But remember,If u r not eating enough,Ur body will actually go into pause(slows metabolism down). So just space about 5 tiny meals Thur out the day and U will feel better.Fruits and veggies are a great thing and will help Ur body in Ur weight loss, plus put plenty of vitamins back into Ur system. And exercise whether its walking, weights, etc, can help with the stress and mood swings.Adrenaline is a great thing!!And exercise will not only help Ur body,,But Ur mind also..Hope this helps a Lil.

the only thing i can think of is to actually eat more. i read in a magazine that recent studies show that you should eat breakfast, a semihealthy snack, lunch, another snack then dinner, and even dessert, it keeps your body energized and you lose more weight, it keeps your metabolism up and such. they just suggest you eat more healthy than junky. not so much salt, butter, sugar. hope this helps you!
