Does this extradigitation belong to you, or someone you know? In any event, it is a anomoly in the genes. In other words, people are sometimes born with an extra toe. If it makes you feel special, that's fine. At least you're unique. However, you'll probably have to buy all your shoes in wider widths to accommodate that sixth toe.

Six Toes consider yourself to be special mate dont put yourself down and think that you are a spasmo because your not. Enjoy your other toes just think that you have got one more toe nail to cut ah ah lol.
