Looking for receipes for taquitos that does not use beef, and that is filling.

if you go to the www.foodnetwork.com and type in taquito..Guy Fieri has a taquito called "no can beato taquito"
You wont find a better taquito recipe and he uses chicken!

well..the beef is actually not the bad part for a diabetic. it is the tortilla used to make the taquito. So not really sure what you are asking.
