Milly: It sounds like you have definite dust mite allergy, but are not controlling your exposure. Its nice you have an anti-dust mite pillow case, but every single pillow in your bedroom needs to be encased. Your mattress needs to be encased. Your boxspring needs to be encased. Your sheets should be washed every 7 days in 140 degree water. Since most home hot water heaters can't get water that hot, you should either take your sheets to a commercial cleaner and request 140 degree water or you can wash them with this stuff called De-Mite (that is what I do).You should have no carpet in the bedroom. If you have curtains, they should also be washed weekly. You might want to try vinyl or wood blinds in the bedroom (that is what I did) because it is much easier to clean.
If you question if it is dust mite, then get your doctor to refer you to an allergist or immunologist. They can do a simple skin test to identify those things to which you are allergic. Once you identify the allergy, you can reduce or eliminate the exposure. Once you do that, the symptoms will go away. As a bonus, you will have more energy and catch fewer colds.
I am including a link to that De-Mite stuff I use as well as a page that tells you step by step how to create a dust free bedroom.
Good luck to you

Your nose really isn't as big as you think it is. But if it's that crucial for you to make it look smaller, you won't be able to do it without make up. You can go to a makeup store like Sephora and ask the people working there, or you can try accentuating your other features, like your eyes lips and hair. Bottom line, accept your appearance, you're a pretty girl, so it shouldn't even be too difficult.
