you just think or you are? what determines if you are overweight is not the scale or bmi but rather body fat percentage which for women should be below 25% (ask dietitian or at the gym to measure it for you - web sites and scales dont show it wright)
to lose fat you have to create just a slight deficit in daily caloric intake, eat 5-6 small meals a day, make healthy food choices, 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day, at least 8 glasses of water a day, lots of protein.
cardio is the only fat burning exercise - do it 4-6 times a week for average of 45min and do light weight training a few times a week

first of all, if you feel you're fat, you just feel it.. maybe you can ask someone if you really are fat... Also, if you feel you're fat, but it's not, it's only you have a low self-esteem..

Or, just have a great diet, for example, eat fruits every morning, have an exact lunch that will satisfy your hunger. and if You can, don't eat at dinner...

don't diet if your not fat!
just bbe comftorble with yourself.
but if you really want to loose weight
do pilates work outs. 4 hours a week and eat healthy
no ceash dieting. it stops your matebalism so when you start eating small things it will stay in your stomach for a while.
good luck with everything...
