In this life I serve humanity, which, like you, includes helping my family, strive for excellence in all things, by empowering them to improve themselves and their community, thus improving the world; to help people from all walks of life work together in unity and harmony for the betterment of humanity; promote the equality of men and women; work for education and prosperity for each human being; I could list many things I strive for with utmost joy and sincerity in this life. In serving others I acquire virtues and spiritual capacity, not as a reward, but as necessity because it won't work for me or others if I don't.
These virtues, or spiritual capacities enable me to function in the next life, as the life beyond the physical is spiritual, and only spiritual qualities and capacities enable us to function in that life. Without spiritual capacities our functioning is limited, as are the capacities of animals, plants, and minerals when compared to humans in the physical realm, i.e. they cannot engage in science and technology development or civilization advancement. The greater my spiritual qualities and capacities, the greater my ability to function in the spiritual realm, just as developing our physical appendages and powers and mental capacities allows us to function more fully in this physical world.
I am a Baha'i, and this is basically what all Baha'is world-wide strive for.

OK for the first question. Truly I hope to accomplish a full life of giving back. I don't really care if I get recognized or not I just want to leave earth knowing that I did good because I love all of mankind and I try to see the good in all people because no one was created evil situations just altered them. My family is also most important I want to show them how to live a godly life in love that they will also grow up kind and want to help others. As far as my after life yes Heaven is my ultimate goal. But more important than getting into Heaven I just want to see my savior's face hear Him say well done and wrap me in His arms. Then I'd love to meet His father who has adopted me into His family. I want to be able to thank and praise them all the day long through out eternity. I must say thank you for asking this question it has place even the more joy in my spirit to tell of these things.

I just want to finish raising my kids so that they are happy, responsible, contributing members of a world wide community. I want them to be good neighbors and never sacrifice their integrity. I want to be the kind of person my dog thinks I am, and if I can keep up with laundry, dishes, and taking out the trash, I'm good (I'm the only bread winner around here, and working wears me out - I teach school). I'd like nothing better, after I'm through with this life, than to live forever in paradise with my loved ones, grow food and flowers, ride horses, play at the seashore. I believe that only a relatively small number of people will go to heaven to rule with Jesus Christ, and I'm sure I'm not one of those.

My goal i life is to know God better and to help others to do the same.
I want to know God not only in an intellectual sort of way, but to know God in the sense of having a personal experience of God or an encounter with God.
There are scientists (including some who don't believe in God) who have noticed that the way the entire universe is set up suggests that it has been fine tuned for the existence of life, and not only life, but intelligent life forms like us who can observe the universe. See the Anthropic principle:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthropic_principle
As someone who believes that God exists and created the universe, i would extend this further to say that just as the fact that we can exist to observe and study the universe is made possible by the way the universe is set up, so too, the fact that we can be aware of God is made possible by the way God has created us. God created us to have brains that are intelligent and capable enough to know God, at least to some extent. Therefore, God must want us to know him.
From what i have found out about God so far, it seems that God is very wise, very great, very holy, very powerful, and very loving and kind. God hates what is evil and loves what is good and he is seeking to send his mercy and grace to all people. He wants us humans to stop being selfish and cruel and instead to be kind, generous, merciful, forgiving and altruistic to others, just as he is to us.
Because God knows everything and wants what is best for all people and for the whole of creation, it is always best for us to obey God and to do God's will. If i were to say such a thing of a human being, even a good human being that we admire and respect, it would be unbelievable because no human is perfect, but in the case of God, it is true - God really is that good. Therefore one of my goals is also to find out God's will and to obey it, though this is hard to do sometimes and i know i have often failed to do it. Still, although i am weak, God is strong, and i look to him to help me up when i stumble.
A comment on your goals in life: They are very noble and praiseworthy goals, and i believe that God has placed them in your heart and is guiding your life so that you have come to want those things. I pray that he will continue to guide you and to bless you and your family as you seek to live according to his good and perfect will. May God's blessings and peace be upon you.

Goodness and patience and peace will be a great foundation to all things. InshAllah = God Willing or Lord Willing as you see fit you can choose that is why you have no places to fasten ropes as we do livestock we fasten ropes on them.
We are not animals we have been given a clear choice and you can make that choice as you see fit.

my ultimate goal is true self-realization...
enlightenment, to be love, to be peace
however- i think it will probably take a few, if not many
many human lifetimes to achieve this- :-)
in this life i just want to become a better person,
to become more and more aware- to open my heart,
to be an incredible mother and wife, to learn to
love deeply and fearlessly, to help others in need,
to spread happiness, peace and joy... and to
enjoy the process of life and have fun while doing it!
