What is a good job for my 10 year old daughter? She is trying to make some extra money. She wanted to sell cookies and she had her address on it and our number on it, and I didn't want any sexual predators coming to our house. What is a good paying job for a 10 year old girl???

10 is really young to start a job. She may be better off working at home or at relatives for an allowance. I remember at 10 I thought 10 dollars a week for helping my grandmother care for kids was a lot of money.

Have her do extra chores and give her 5-10 dollars a week(depending on how much she does)

This is a tough age because they are old enough to have a job but not old enough for most. Although 10 years old is way to young to babysit, it isn't a bad time to try mothers/fathers helper. Your daughter would baby-sit the children while the mother/father is busy but still at home. Of course you should talk with the mother/father before you allow your child to go into there home. Make sure that they are not going to leave the house and that your 10 year old doesn't have to do anything too dangerous like cooking, giving the child a bath, etc. You could also try having her help out around the neighbors yard. Adverstive her for "Odd Jobs". She could pull weeds, vaccum, dust, etc.

Her sister is extra valuable behaved? As in, the sister who needless to say had a newborn outdoors of wedlock, won't be in a position to preserve it herself, and expects loose little one sitting service from her different sister? Your 20 300 and sixty 5 days previous daughter could no longer have a job, yet a minimum of she did no longer get knocked up by using some loser who does not marry her only so she could desire to sell off the youngster on kinfolk contributors as unpaid daycare. Frankly, you have screwed up with the two certainly one of your toddlers, and for some explicable reason, you're "precious" the bigger screwup by using giving her funds and grants and probable a vehicle extremely than opting to assist the youngster who nonetheless has a shot at a first rate destiny. you want to effectively handle the priority? provide your 20 300 and sixty 5 days previous daughter adequate funds to flow out and locate an residence, and enable her decide her own issues as quickly as she's out on her own. this is totally possible that she'll do extra valuable without your impact. possibly she'll pay you back, possibly no longer, yet the two way a minimum of you will only have one loser newborn nonetheless at abode leaving messes so you might freshen up.

Well, no actual business, is going to higher your 10 year old daughter. Normally it's 14 with working papers. But your daughter could have a seasonal job, rake leaves, shovel snow, mow lawns, etc. But don't hand out flyers for that with information on it, just do that for neighbours or family members that will pay her. Good luck !

10 years old is pretty young to do much away from home on her own. If your weekly take home pay allows it I would
assign her some chores she can choose to do
extra around the house and what you will pay for this service
and let her look at the list and decide what she wants to
tackle and how much she can earn for doing it.
Let her mark it off the list after she accomplishes the project.
Example;mopping the kitchen floor- $ 2.00
Sounds as though she is pretty motivated for her age so
go with it, you are raising a smart child.

I say good grades and behavior is job enough for a 10 year old. Don't let her venture off worrying about other things that aren't important other than school. She won't make good money in the future without good grades in school :)

She could do a paperroute, or you could use your network of friends, family members, or church members and find her some light housecleaning jobs. Under no circumstances should she be working for someone you don't know, and she should not be advertising services anywhere at her age.

If the people are coming to your house so that you can guard against wrong sorts, what does it matter? Or, isn't there someplace else to sell them?
