okay, take it from someone who gets headachs ALL the time, and a lot of migraines, your best bet is to go in a room, lay down with no music, no TV, nothing and turn off the light/s. and get like a 20 minute or half hour nap. It works for me. and when you get some medicine for it may I suggest Excedrine...it does wonders(works in like 10-15 minutes). I hope I helped!

When you don't drink enough water, the body tells you it's dehydrated by giving you a head ache. When you are a little stressed because of many things on your mind, you can relieve the head ache by rubbing something like peppermint or menthol or even ben-gay on your temples. It gets the circulation going on your head and the stress headache disappears. Lay down, relax and try breathing deeply and slowly in, then deeply slowly out. by the 10th breath like that your headache could be thing of the past. Good luck!

Simple home remedies for headache include rest and citrus fruits. You may have tried OTC drugs such as acetaminophen or paracetamol, ibuprofen, but be careful in taking these. If your headache recurs often and its feels really bad, I suggest you seek consultation first to know possible causes such as hypertension. Hope you won't take it for granted.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, WORRY, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.

Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

If you have gatorade around, drink some. If not, try rubbing some mentholyptus ointment on your temple to relieve the throbbing. Hope this helps.
