My wife and I have 8 children. 7 have been adopted. We adopted them at ages 0-3 months. I'm 53 and still have a 12 month , 26 month, 12 and 15 year old at home. I love it. Many times at night when they're finally all asleep, I look around at each one of them and thank God for blessing me.

I personally take offense on behalf of the person who asked the question. How dare alot of you ASSUME she has had an abortion just because she asked the question? How do you know she isnt trying to get info to convince a friend of hers to put a baby up for adoption instead of abortion. Plus, who are we to pass judgement on her? I guess every person who jumped to the conclusion she has had, or is going to have an abortion, is perfect! Well we should all aspire to be more perfect like them....NOT!
Sweetie, I dont know what kind of situation you are in, or why you asked this particular question, but I can tell you this...ALOT of people adopt babies. I personally havent. I may in the near future, as my husband..(we are newly married and I cant have any) and I desperatly want a baby! But I am 40 and he is 43..so we dont know how that will work for us or against us. But I do know statistically speaking, there are many more prospective parnets wanting to adopt, than there are babies available.

None, yet...do you know someone who would be willing to have her child and give it to me instead of having an abortion, if so email me and I'm there!
Actually, I have investigated adoption but because of my age and marital status, I'm not generally eligible to adopt a new born.

Well I am still single so no kids natural or adopted. However my brother was adopted. I have two cousins who are adopted.

well I'm not married yet, but my fiance' and i have talked about adopting. we plan on adopting 2 to 3 American children.

I have also never got myself pregnant.
It wasn't that hard to close my legs or use birth control.
