How can peoplet tell who is confident, and why do confident people have a sort of "glow" around their faces?

You know those people who have a sort of glow around their face, who seem to radiate something, like an atmosphere? One time, I met a salesman like that... No one could dislike him, I know it... The moment you met him, you liked him, and it was odd, but he "glowed" not literally, or anything, but his face was "radiant." Dunno if I described it well enough... It was awsome... He had a fake leg, and missing fingers, but you didn't even think about them, because he was so comfortable... Why do people glow, and how do people sense that they have confidence? Oh, I know that salesmen use lotions and things to spiff themselves up, but there's something else going on, too.

Oh, I'm sort of looking for scientific answers, no psychic stuff, please. Thanks.

Confident people have a lot of body language.I have a lot and is fine with me.I show what I got.Be in that way is awesome because we don't have nothing to hide.Period.
