I drink a gallon of water a day before practice for whatever sport I'm doing. I usually drink that gallon over an hour or two hours.

My question is how much water a day is too much water (in gallons). And is there a certain amount of time I can drink that over (ie: drinking more than a gallon an hour).

you shouldnt drink more than a gallon a day.
you can find a website that gives you numbers of your daily water intake needs - enter in search engine "daily water calculator" or "daily calorie intake calculator" and check out a few sites - i forgot which ones but some give you amount of everything you need to consume - water, carbs, protein etc.
