I've done it a couple times, but I don't do it habitually. And even the couple times I have drunk-dialed it was before midnight. But I've been drunk-dialed several times, so I believe I've payed my penance. I once had a neighbor who would knock on my door at 2 AM and ask for a light for his cigarette. Luckily for him, he was a great guy when he was sober, so it was easy to forgive him.

I am a British guy living in San Francisco so when I come in late from a nightclub or a party at say 3am it is 11am in the UK so if I 'drink and dial' my family and friends in the UK get drunken calls anytime between 8am and 12 noon their time.

I drink emailed and text'd who was to be the biggest love of my life last week and I was ceremoniously ditched for being rude and abrasive

Cried for a week

Not me, but I have a girlfriend who is.
I always know that when the phone rings in the middle of the night that either someone is dead or Ally is drunk again...

BTW... I'm not the one giving all the thumbs downs...

I've done drunk texting at 4am, but I won't call someone then unless I know they're out and about and awake. If I send them a text, at least it won't wake the person up (usually.)

No! but have an ex boyfriend who does ring me when he's drunk and says "I love you, I really do" at 2am/3am sometimes. I say "you are drunk, you are". That is so annoying!
