i have 2 bumps on my arm when i touch it it feels kinda warm and it like pops out. i put itching cream but it still on me what shouldi do

I get bumps on my arms sometimes too. They might just be bug bites, or pimples, or they might be some sort of heat rash. You get them when it's hot and you've been out in the sun too long. They aren't really serious, just unattractive (lol I should know. *looks down at arms and sighs*) However, if you're worried, call your doctor and ask about it. However, it's probably nothing serious and you shouldn't worry too much about it.

they are your nipples. Dont worry everyone has them, but yours are just on your arm for everyone to see. They enjoy being massaged and I think Vicorias Secret now makes man arm bras so your pretty much set.
