xia ji- summer
So it can mean: I want you in summer ;)
But xia can also mean "next" as you were told here...
It's a pity you didn't write the tones, it would be easier to translate it.

Xia Ji might be someone's name.

Xia = surname/ last name.
Ji could be a name.
