Lay off the booze the night before. Just kidding, yeah, could be the altitude if you are from a lower elevation, but you are probably more dehydrated than anything. Drink lots of water and eat well to get some a.m. energy, you'll feel much better

Do you live closer to sea level? If so, you probably have that 'sicky' feeling for a couple of hours because your body has to adjust to the altitude -- it affects your equilibrium and can make you feel a lot of the same symptoms you can have with motion sickness. Some people adjust really quickly to the differences in the atmospheric pressure at different altitudes -- unfortunately, some people get 'waves' of that sick feeling for a very long time before they finally adjust.

Altitude sickness does not seem right if it happens every morning. It could be as simple as what you have for breakfast. If I have a high protein breakfast, like eggs and bacon, I sometimes feel a bit queasy, but this does not happen if I have carbs.

Sounds like altitude sickness, your body might have had a problem adjusting to the height. (Assuming you were higher up than where you live).
