We didn't get our parents anything. Were we supposed to? Oops. If they are sentimental, something thoughtful might be sweet. Could you find a picture of you with your parents when you were first born and frame it with a picture of you guys in the present? I might do something like that and write them a nice note on a card about how they've helped you get to this point in your life and how you love and appreciate them. If you think a costlier gift is in order, then I like the idea of a restaurant gift card... it will get them out together and they're always nice to have. Good luck and best wishes on your wedding day!

Sorry, didn't realize the answer above me was so similar! I guess we think alike.

Both of us are thinking of giving our parents a picture frame. One side will be a picture of us and the other side is an engraving of our wedding invitation. It's just a thought for right now, so it might change once it gets closer to our wedding. I know I'm getting one for myself for sure.

Im guessing that you want to say thank you to your parents. My mom loved what I did for her when she got married!! But this is not a wedding gift, it can be for anything (thank you, etc)

This company sells wind chimes that you can have inscribed with your feelings, blessings, and love. They have a great selection of sizes, colors, wind sail shapes, and they even give you examples of things to say if you cant think of something. Im sure they would love it!

How about like a two picture frame thing and put one of you and you soon to be husband or husband now and a picture of them. Also on the frame have I love you and thank you for all you have done?

I would suggest a gift card to their favorite restaurant.

I made mini photo albums for my parents and in laws and gave them out once I received my pictures.
