By the way, its sucks to cut fish. Do you use special knives for it?

I would suspect that if all you did was marinade the fish and didn't bread it, after frying you had flat tasting,oily fish. LOL! ; ) Special knives? Sure we use Surgeons scalpels!!!! Actually a nice flexible boning knife will do just fine, after you have cleaned several thousand it doesn't suck that bad, it becomes routine. ; )
