Yes, I am aware of that. It isn't just Mexico that Cheney has his wallet in, it's Iraq too. This is a pretty good link for that.

Seems like Vicente Fox Quesada is a dream come true for big oil. Heaven help the Mexican and American citizens.

Did we know that Cheney was involved in Halliburton, and that Halliburton was involved in lots of foreign oil deals -- yes, it was common knowledge to anyone who researched Darth Cheney.
