Okay I know this may sound silly but, I'm 28 and I need some baby-sitting tips for boys. I have two girls (2 months and 19 months) and am caring for my 13 year old niece. One of my co-workers asked me to watch her 3 year old son and 9 year old tonight, Sunday and Monday (Yes they'd be sleeping over my house). I accepted, but I have no idea what to do! What are some things I can do with them? I have no budget, I just don't know what boys like!

When the parents leave, don’t use up your energy all at once. Running, chasing, playing outside and doing crazy dances are great ideas, but can wear you out fast. You want the kids worn out for bedtime or nap time, but you don’t want to be worn out, too. You could ask the three year old's parents to bring over some of his toys. You could buy some cheap coloring books or toys for $1-2. If no money, AT ALL, be creative. Put some chairs together and make a tent. Watch movies or TV (not too much.) Make cookies. Good luck!

Your niece may come in as a big helper. She may be able to play some board games with the older kid. You may be able to also take the kids to a local park . Ask the kids mom to bring his favorite movies and toys. You can make popcorn and have a movie night.
If there are free attractions you can take them to that would be a good idea.
You are going to have a full house but the good thing is that the older kids can take care of themselves for the most part.

Take them to the park, and let them play for as long as they can play without becoming bored and injuring themselves. The park is great for boys and girls=]
After that, take them to a movie, or rent a movie that they can all agree on, pop popcorn, and have a "movie night"
If the weather isn't great, take them out to lunch (Where there's an inside playground) and let them eat, and then play.
*Sorry, i just read over your question again, and saw the ages of your girls! My ideas could be a little tough to try with two little babies..
* I also just saw that the answer above mine has the same ideas as I did=)
Take them to a museum. They'd have fun, and learn at the same time!!
Look online for some fun ideas, like homemade playdough, or goo.
Get the ingredients for them to make their own pizza!
Hope this helped even a little!!

Boys that age like a lot of the same kinds of games that girls that age do...board games, puzzles, movies, etc. They also like crafts and art. Get some washable paints and let them go crazy. Set up the sprinkler and let them run around in the yard. Make some mini pizzas and let everyone make their own. Bake sugar cookies and let the kids decorate them.

Good old fashion reading books and singing songs! OR...
Go outside and blow bubbles.
Build castle out of sofa cushions
Finger painting w/ pudding!
Kick a soccer ball or throw a football
The kids will pretty much enjoy any activity you do as along as you are excited about it! Have fun and good luck!!

a lot of smiles, cuddles, and stupid songs for the toddler. babies this age could desire to could desire to consume each 2 - 3 hours. Ask the mummy and dad for feeding classes and a demo on the thank you to bottle feed till now they bypass. little you may basically cry to tell you what he/she desires. right that could be a catalogue that I paintings down in my innovations to confirm what could be incorrect: Does toddler pick to cuddle? Play? Does toddler have a grimy diaper that desires changing? Is toddler hungry? Is toddler gassy? try burping him/her. Has something loud exceeded off that scared toddler? Does toddler only pick to be comforted (extra cuddles, or a pacifier, in the event that they use one)? Is toddler over-inspired? try cuddling in a darkened room, no television or radio. Is toddler in any type of discomfort? Is there in line with threat a zip or button that is pinching him/her? Is toddler drained? try putting him/her down for mattress. If that doesn't paintings, commence returned on the authentic of the checklist.

just let them play video, board games, movies, tv, and give them plenty to eat because kids love food. i don't think that they are expecting too much.
