Even though i dont agree w/ their principles of their religion, we have religious freedoms in this country which we've had forever. So we should embrace everyones religion. It doesnt mean I have to agree w/ it, but we still should allow it. that is what makes our nation unique and great!!!

Well religion is outtaded silly voodoo nonsense anyway. However Middle Eastern people never did anything bad to you so what do you care.

You are not a mean person per se you are just misinformed. I've lived in NYC and currently Los Angeles where there are many middle eastern people and on average they are more polite, smarter and nicer than many Americans.

The so called radical islamics are an extremely small group that have been exploited by the government and the media to further political and financial agendas.

Don't discriminate against muslims. You are being manipulated to hate them through the governmnet and the media. Don't buy it.

I'm not sure of the law in the UK, but in the USA we put it right there in the VERY First Amendment.

And if you want to think of it... should we have permitted those pesky Irish and Italians to bring THEIR religion ?? Good Gosh !!

It's not a Mosque that causes the trouble... just certain individuals that go to some of them. JUST like there are a number of terrorists who meet, plan, and spread their hate under the roof of Christian Churches or Jewish Synagogues

They're called mosques. Not churches. Mosques.
Have you ever read the first amendment to the US constitution? It says that you are free to believe in whatever religion you wish. Did you also know that most Muslims live in countries outside of the middle east?

No Shelly, I don't think you're being mean but they do have a right to worship as they choose here. The Catholics, Baptists, Mormons, Jehova's, Kabbalist, Hindu, Buddists, etc, etc..all get together and do the same thing. They are leaving their country but not their religion behind. It's probably harder to grip right now because of the war but yes, we should and have to let them.

It depends on which country you mean.

In the US, freedom of religion is an absolute guarantee under the 1st Amendment -- and in fact, was one of the primary reasons this country was founded.

For other countries, that's not necessarily the case. I believe England still has an official national faith -- the Anglican Church -- and many other countries do as well. So, for them, the same freedom of religion principles would not apply.

Since we were attacked ,we cannot tell the good Muslims from the bad ones. We have freedom of religion here in the usa. All we can and should do,is control immigration from Islamic countries ..so we dont have a problem. We have that right and that duty...but your government is doing nothing .

No the 1st amendment doesn't apply to anyone anymore after The Leader, Dick Cheney, overthrew his predecessor.

Report the violators of the Religious Act to your nearest church elder or call the Secret Police!

We must maintain religious purity of the Homeland so that our way of life can last 1000 years as The Leader, has promised us.

" First Amendment – Freedom of religion, speech, press, and peaceable assembly as well as the right to petition the government. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Our founding fathers believed in it so should you.
