ive been sucking my thumb ever since i was born now im thirteen and i just stoped sucking my thumb and i have a huge over bite how do i get rid of it without goin 2 the dentist

Make sure you have broken the thumb sucking habit otherwise Orthodontic work won't help you much. It really is the only way to correct an overbite.

You have to go to an orthodontist. That's the only way to get rid of it. Your dentist should have referred you to one at your last checkup.

HELLO AMMAR,

THE ONLY WAY TO FIX THE PROBLEM AT THIS POINT IS WITH BRACES, BUT YOU HAVE TO BE SURE YOU NEVER SUCK YOUR THUMB AGAIN OR YOU WILL HAVE THIS PROBLEM AGAIN. GOOD LUCK.
