You should specify which Gaelic you want: Scotch Gaelic, or Irish Gaelic, which we in Ireland refer to as 'Irish' or 'Gaeilge'.

Sorry don't know any links,but the Scottish Gaelic for 'what a man' is 'Abair duine'.
Alternative words to 'duine' for 'man' are 'fear' and 'fireannach'.
