That they're spying their preys, waiting for the right moment to launch the fatal attack lol. I usually just think they like that particular corner, but I guess it depends on the context.
It could be a boys' night out, coworkers having some beers, drug dealers or else just a group of buddies hanging out together. Depends on the place. I nevet get the impression they're gay just because they're sitting in a corner though. That's ridiculous.
